We believe that hospitality should have soul and character. Solar do Alambique is steeped in the authenticity of the local community. It’s through the house that we share our values and philosophy of life - a sense of belonging to the surroundings, nature, the countryside, people and the flavours of the ingredients that speak for the land.

Our house is located in a community where people feel connected to nature, where they know every inch of land, every branch of the river and the color of every single tree. We want it to be a meeting spot where people can socialize, share a meal, read, chat, or simply find a quite place to relax and enjoy the silence.
